Our Intro to Pilates class provides an introduction to the essential principles and movements of Pilates, allowing participants to become comfortable with various forms of equipment. This foundational class aims to build confidence and prepare you for ongoing practice. We encourage you to join our beginner-level classes after you complete this New to Pilates class! Safe for those who are pregnant, newly postpartum, and those recovering from recent surgeries or injuries.
